My Journey in Burmese Migrant Primary School

I'm privileged to teach Thai to 24 students of grade 3 and 4 in the mission school of Maesai Grace Church. The students are migrant children who are of different tribes from Myanmar. The majority come from the poor and unbelieving family. Although there are some who are from Christian family, however they know little about Christianity.
It has been one term and one month since I started to teach the students A,B,C of Thai script. After every teaching, I usually pray for the kids, asking the Lord Jesus to bless them with wisdom, understanding, health, happiness and peace. All the kids respect their teacher and are interested in learning Thai. They enjoy their study very much. By God's grace so far the students are able to read the script of Thai gospel songs and Thai national song, and sing them as well. They have touched the love and dwelling of Jesus Christ and they learn to love Jesus and love each other. Praise the LORD.
Here I charge all the readers to pray for the kids, and especially pray for the teachers and staff of Maesai Grace Church, that we may use teaching as a tool to preach gospel. With Jesus passion and burden for the lost souls, let's join our hearts and hands to sow and to water, and our God of love will make it grow and bring to an abundant harvest in due season.
